Terms on Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders above 199Euro. For orders below 199 Euro rates are calculated by the shipping providers.
We currently only ship to the East African countries of Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Burundi. Internationally we ship to Europe only. For shipping requests outside these regions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Orders are delivered via DHL or through inter-country buses. The customer can make their preferred choice of delivery. Rates are determined by weight and destination.
For priority orders we make use of DHL. Rates are determined by weight and destination and automatically calculated at checkout. If you prefer to use an alternative and more affordable shipping method, contact email@example.com for a custom quote in function of your order size and urgency. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied once an international shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will vary from one country to another.
For non urgent orders we send our items once a month to Belgium from where the Belgian mail service `De Post` will deliver it through direct delivery within Europe. A typical package of two dresses will cost roughly 12 Euro.
Our policy is to consistently endeavour for the complete satisfaction of our customers. In light of that, we are happy to accept your returns if such request complies with the requirements of this section. Our return policy lasts 7 days after reception of the item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange anymore. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Promotions and discounted products are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Because our business is still very modest in size, cash reimbursements are unfortunately not possible.
Please email Return Requests to firstname.lastname@example.org first. A request for return must be communicated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in your return request. We will respond to you within 24 hours. Once we have received your approved return in original condition we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fees for return of any products.
